Do we need to buy the machine?
Under NovaVend's fully managed placement model, the host site does not need to purchase or operate the machine. The exact commercial arrangement is confirmed in the site agreement.
Who stocks and cleans it?
For fully managed installations, NovaVend coordinates stocking, replenishment, routine cleaning and machine checks.
What can the machines sell?
We offer snacks and drinks, coffee and hot drinks, and bespoke vending machines configured for an approved product range selected for the location.
Can we choose the products?
Yes. We can agree an initial range with the site and refine it using actual demand. Custom-vending arrangements can also be designed around client-selected products.
What happens if there is a fault?
NovaVend coordinates troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance under the agreed operating arrangement.
How much space is needed?
That depends on the machine. We confirm the required footprint, power and access arrangements during the site review before installation.
How do customers pay?
Our focus is modern cashless purchasing using card and contactless payment technology.
What does the host site receive?
Our standard proposition for qualifying host sites is 5% of machine profit, subject to the final agreement and machine performance.
